BIOGRAPHY

I was born and raised on California’s Northcoast and feel especially blessed to have spent my life in one of the most beautiful and inspiring places on Earth.  My love of dogs and my passion for art are deeply rooted in my childhood though I did not find the marriage of the two until I was I was over 40 years of age.  I started painting dogs while I was recovering from tendonitis in my right hand and could no longer paint murals.  Once my hand had healed I realized that I had found my artistic purpose.

Ironically, at the time I started painting dogs, I did not, myself, own a dog but I had became quite smitten with Jack Russell Terriers. I now have five Jack Russells and I have found yet another couple of passions- training and trialing my dogs in competition agility and obedience.

I am the mother of two grown sons, grandmother of three and I own Eugenia Designs, an interior design studio.
