Marla Joy & Mike Conboy

Marla Joy and Mike Conboy have been swinging the tunes together for over 30 years. Jazz flute and guitar serenade the art lover with jazz standards, popular surf songs, originals, and TV tunes. Their music keeps your toes tapping and puts a grin on your face. Both Mike and Marla play in a variety of local bands, and love to bust it loose when they get together. From sweet ballads that make you cry, to 'Secret Agent Man', a unique blend of humor and sentimental music.

Musaic

Musaic weaves together musical textures from Hungary, Romania, Macedonia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Greece, Armenia, Turkey, Scandinavia, Ireland, and Mexico. Music from these traditions encompasses a great variety of rhythms performed on dumbek, the two-headed tupan, a frame drum or zills or riq (tambourine), bass, tambura and guitar. Lead instruments include clarinet, trumpet, accordion, pennywhistle, violin and gaida (bagpipe). Although a large part of Musaic's repertoire is lively dance music, the group also features tragic songs from the Greek, Sephardic, Armenian, and Appalachian traditions.

The Randles-Labolle-Amirkhan Trio

This eclectic jazz trio, consisting of Tim Randles (piano) Mike LaBolle (drums) and Bobby AmirKhan (bass) will be performing an all original set influenced by Latin, World Beat, Impressionism and Fusion. Members of the band have performed in Hawaii, Senegal and Los Angeles.
