Jimmy Durchslag
Jimmy Durchslag is an accomplished musician, composer and arranger. He has played with numerous ensembles during his 39 years in Humboldt County, including Ponche!, Rod and the Ideals, Humboldt Time, the Garberville Town Band and the Pastime Silent Movie Orchestra. Jimmy is the Director of the Latin ensemble at the Lark Music Camp, a gathering of over 700 performers in the Mendocino Woodlands every summer. He is also President of Bembé Records, an Afro-Cuban music label founded in 1996.

Dave Wilson
Dave has been a passionate musician for over 40 years. He maintains an active performance schedule and a teaching studio. You find him playing guitar and bass in a wide variety of settings from classical to jazz to rock. He is also an accomplished composer, recording producer and has film scores to his credit. Mike Kapitan
Before moving to Humboldt, Mike had a long career composing, performing, and recording music in Los Angeles. Projects included music for television, film, multimedia, and records. Mike was part of the Lost Toy People backing Thomas Dolby on his Aliens Ate My Buick album which garnered two Grammy nominations including one for Mike and the band as arrangers. Best known locally as leader of Miles Ahead, a band specializing in the music of Miles Davis, Mike will be playing some of that music as well as some original pieces backed by Dave Wilson guitar, Mike Labolle drums, and Michael Dieter bass.
