Visit the Morris Graves Museum of Art for an afternoon of inspiring music on Saturday, March 23rd at 3:00pm for “Paula Jones at the MGMA: Testify!” Gather in the Rotunda and cultivate hope, peace, love and gratefulness with community and friends during this celebration of Spring, rebirth and renewal! Paula will share the story of her recent car accident and speak to the healing power of “love source”. At this “gathering built on love” Paula will be joined by other local musicians and vocalists (to be announced!).

Paula Jones grew up singing with her five sisters in her father, Reverend Asbury Paul Jones's church of New Hope Baptist in Sacramento. At age 11 she started performing in musical theatre. She fronted her own band in Sacramento, and had one of her original songs in the movie Rumble Fish. A premier soloist for the Arcata Interfaith Gospel Choir, she has been featured on a PBS concert special. Her style mixes the spiritual intensity of the gospel with the subtle creativity of jazz and the driving rhythms of R&B. Her stream of consciousness delivery always entrances audiences wherever she performs. “Listeners can expect well-dressed performers, movement, dance, spirituality and an abundance of gratitude. Let us gather in Love and Hope and have a wonderful ‘Hallelujah time’!”- Paula Jones

Join us on Saturday, March 23rd at 3:00pm for “Paula Jones at the MGMA: Testify!” and celebrate the Spring season, tolerance, kindness, goodwill, and the universal human experience.
